Shipping policy
Order processing times and shipping times are separate and may vary.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Some orders may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders, especially around peak holiday seasons or postal/carrier service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat rate shipping: Currently we do not offer flat rate shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Order details are also available through your Fan Vendor account. Log-in or create an account on our website.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@FanVendor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes: Due to some carrier restrictions we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We are a Print-on-Demand business which means every order is printed and processed when the order is completed at checkout therefore we are unable to accept returns based on size or change of mind. We only offer returns for items that are faulty or damaged, as each item is made to order.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please click the link in the Delivery Confirmation email or email us directly as soon as possible at support@fanvendor.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
